It is extremely important to note that my service does not provide nursing care; rather, I focus on offering a supportive presence, alleviating loneliness, and ensuring reliability. I am readily available to assist with daily meal preparation, minor household tasks or coordinating these, and I help with external errands, such as booking medical appointments by phone and providing accompaniment. To maintain mental acuity, I am happy to read aloud, play cards, or initiate conversation. Regular, safe walks help to maintain fitness and good spirits.
