I combine traditional and modern elements in my teaching methodology. In my experience, this makes education both effective and people-centered, and suitable for maintaining interest. I find it important to integrate playful tasks and stress-free, yet effective assessment into lessons, as well as to apply teaching methods tailored to individual needs, taking into account the personality and values ​​of the individual student(s). The incorporation of audiovisual elements into the learning process is now essential for successful and attention-grabbing lessons, which is why I also use digital tools and interactive interfaces in my work. In the case of special needs and learning difficulties, I use psychological and pedagogical methods that help facilitate the student's work while at the same time strengthen their self-confidence. For me, teaching is an uplifting profession that goes hand in hand with nurturing and aiding students' character development, self-awareness and self-confidence.
